The RV-12CRL is the long-arm, 12 kg robot in the Mitsubishi Electric MELFA CRL family. With a 1,388 mm reach, it is designed for large-footprint automation cells, whether for long-distance part transfer, servicing multiple machines from a single point, or welding and assembly over large surfaces.

A working radius exceeding 1.3 m allows the RV-12CRL to cover work zones unreachable by standard-reach robots from the same base position. Fewer repositionings, wider work area, improved throughput.

Suited for medium-sized machined parts, end-of-arm tooling (suction cups, grippers, sensors), and light-to-medium palletizing tasks.
