The Nexjen C-Thru Separator, model NJT-1600, removes oils and lubricants that end up in the coolant during machining operations. Equipped with a powerful air-pump, the NJT-1600 can suck up larger chips, which keeps your coolant tank cleaner and limits the amount of residue at the bottom of it. The coolant can therefore be cleaned more effectively, back to its original state, which considerably increases its lifespan and decreases the frequency of fluid replacement. Maintaining a clean coolant also helps reduce bacterial activity, bad odors, downtime, and rejects.
