pH-neutral industrial cleaner (pH ≈ 7.9 in a 3% solution), specially designed for high-pressure cleaning of aluminum.
Formulated without nitrates or silicates; contains corrosion inhibitors that provide temporary in-process corrosion protection.
Separates oils rather than emulsifying them, which makes skimming easier and extends bath life.
Low foaming, even when starting up with cold water; usable from room temperature up to 65°C (150°F), which reduces energy costs.
Recommended use concentration: 3 to 5%. Contact us for compatibility with other metals.

DESCRIPTION

Castrol Techniclean 3602 is a pH-neutral, high-pressure industrial cleaner developed specifically for cleaning aluminum in industrial environments.

Unlike Techniclean XHP (the other high-pressure cleaner in the range), whose bi-metal corrosion inhibitors are optimized for closed washers operating up to 10,000 psi on a wide range of metals, 3602 stands out with its pH-neutral formulation developed specifically for aluminum, free of nitrates and silicates.
