DESCRIPTION
Unlike conventional emulsion cleaning fluids, which are prone to bacteria and instability, Techniclean CPL maintains a stable emulsion that extends bath life. It effectively removes emulsions, synthetic cutting fluids, light to medium viscosity oils, chips, dust, thin-film rust preventives, hydraulic and lubricating oils, as well as solder flux residues. The oily film it leaves behind can also reduce the need for a separate lubricant during certain subsequent assembly operations.
Unlike aqueous alkaline cleaners such as MP Flex or S 5001, which clean without leaving a residue, CPL is a semi-synthetic cleaner that deliberately leaves a thin protective oily film – a relevant choice when cleaned parts must be protected against corrosion before the next process step.
