DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Castrol Techniclean MP 2 (formerly CareClean MP2) is used at a concentration of 2 to 5%, at a temperature of 50 to 80\u00b0C in spraying and flood washing, or 40 to 70\u00b0C in immersion and ultrasonic cleaning. It effectively removes soluble oils, light cutting or forming oils, lubricating oils, thin-film rust preventives, chips and general dirt. Emulsified oil separates when left to rest and can be skimmed off to extend bath life.<\/p>\n

Unlike Techniclean MP Flex<\/a>, a more robust alkaline cleaner (pH 12.0-12.6) designed to loosen hardened deposits and confirmed safe only on ferrous metals, MP 2 is formulated at a more moderate pH (8.6-9.0) for precision cleaning, including sensitive aluminum alloys.<\/em><\/p>\n
