The Equator system is a flexible gauge, designed to offer speed, repeatability and ease of use for both manual and automated applications. That’s why hundreds of manufacturers worldwide are replacing their existing gauge system with Equator gauging systems. <\/p>\n

Reduce waste<\/strong><\/p>\n

The cost of scrapping parts can often be reduced by properly controlling the processes in place. Whether used as part of a production line’s automated process or as a stand-alone unit, the Equator has enabled manufacturers to move from sample inspection to 100% inspection of all parts. <\/p>\n

Thanks to the Process Monitor function, operators receive visual bar graphs and measurement data diagrams in real time, enabling them to correct processes before rejects are produced.<\/p>\n

Renishaw’s Equator\u2122 300 is a versatile shop-floor gauge for intelligent process control. It allows to measure a machined part, compare it with a reference part, and determine whether the machined part is within the tolerances. This guarantees the highest level of quality control.<\/p>\n

The Equator 300 system has a usable volume of 300 mm in diameter and up to 300 mm in height.
