The Renishaw AGILITY S CMM is designed to operate directly on the shop floor, right alongside your CNC machines. No need for a temperature-controlled room or moving parts to a metrology lab — measurement results are available at the point of manufacture, allowing you to catch and correct any drift in real time without disrupting production.
At the heart of the machine, the REVO 5-axis measurement technology reduces cycle times by 15% to 50% compared to traditional 3-axis systems. On a single machine and in a single pass, you can perform dimensional inspection, surface finish analysis and non-contact measurement — without changing equipment or repositioning the part. Two working volumes are available depending on your part sizes: 700 × 900 × 600 mm for small to medium parts, and up to 1600 × 2400 × 1200 mm for larger components.
The granite and anodised aluminium structure withstands the vibrations and contaminants of an industrial environment. Compatible with Renishaw Central, the AGILITY S can automatically send offset corrections to your CNC machine tools as soon as a drift is detected — closed-loop process control with no operator intervention required.
