The main role of the OMM-2C optical module is to relay control signals to the probe and transmit the probing data to the OSI interface, which will route them to the machine tool’s PLC.
Compatible with any combination of Renishaw workpiece and tool setting probes with optical signal transmission that operate in ‘modulated’ mode.
