The RV-8CRL is the long-arm articulated robot in the Mitsubishi Electric MELFA CRL family. With a 931 mm reach and 8 kg payload, it is purpose-built to access the inside of machine tools, presses, or workstations where the opening is elevated or recessed.
Long Reach (CRL) Structure
The “L” suffix designates the extended-arm version of the CRL series. This arm geometry delivers greater horizontal reach than the standard model, enabling access to difficult areas without repositioning the cell.
LoadMate Plus Integration
The RV-8CRL is one of the officially supported robots for the Mitsubishi Electric LoadMate Plus robotic cell, ideal for deep-opening machine configurations.
