The Cosen CN-800NC automatic horizontal dual column bandsaw integrates a powerful 10 HP blade motor, a 67 mm (2.6″) wide blade, an independent control panel, and a robust dual-column design. These features create a very rigid, dynamically stable, and productive machine. The heavy-duty bandsaw’s dual columns always keep the blade parallel to the material, creating equal force throughout the cutting cycle, thus increasing cutting efficiency and extending blade life. The Smart NC-100 (SNC-100) technology offers most of the advantages of CNC saws at a fraction of the cost. The SNC-100 controls are programmable for up to 100 different tasks, including quantity and cutting length. The controls automatically compensate for kerf loss after data entry and require no manual calculation of indexing times.
