Cosen C-520NC – Horizontal Dual Column Bandsaw

DESCRIPTION

The C-520NC from Cosen integrates a powerful 10 HP motor, a 2″ wide blade, an independent control panel, and a robust gantry-type dual-column design. These features create a very rigid, dynamically stable, and productive machine. The robust dual columns maintain the blade at a constant angle to the material at all times, creating equal force throughout the cutting cycle, thereby increasing cutting efficiency and extending blade life. Additionally, the Smart NC-100 (SNC-100) technology used in the C-520NC saw offers most of the advantages of CNC saws at a fraction of the cost. The SNC-100 controls are programmable for up to 100 different tasks, including quantity and cutting length. The controls automatically compensate for kerf loss after data entry and require no manual calculation of indexing times.
